Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your handcrafted Freda Salvador pieces, which is why we offer a seamless return and exchange process for all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure shoes are tried on carpeted surfaces to prevent scuffing and maintain eligibility for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items in their original dust bags and shoebox, then secure them inside the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
