Where are your shoes manufactured?
Every pair of FREDA SALVADOR shoes is designed in California and handcrafted in our family-run factories in Spain and El Salvador using high-quality Italian leathers.
How do I determine my correct size?
Most of our styles run true to size; however, specific fit notes are provided on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for boots and sizing down for mules.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and show no signs of wear on the soles to be eligible for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and local customs regulations.
How should I care for my leather shoes?
To prolong the life of your shoes, we recommend avoiding heavy rain and treating them with a high-quality leather conditioner. For suede styles, use a protective spray and a soft brush to remove surface dirt.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
